About Near the Hole

Golf, reimagined.

Golf has always stood for more than a game. It rewards precision and patience, and it carries a sense of tradition and character that few other sports have held onto. When we looked at modern golf apparel, though, much of it seemed to have forgotten that. Piece after piece looked the same. We set out to make something that respected where golf came from while bringing a new perspective to it. That became Near the Hole.

We build the brand around intention rather than volume. Every Near the Hole piece is made to order, one at a time, which lets us concentrate on the details that matter instead of producing endlessly for the sake of quantity. From the materials we choose to the way a garment is finished, every decision is deliberate. Nothing rushed, nothing excessive, nothing ordinary. Just quality, made for the person who ordered it.

Three principles guide everything we create. Craftsmanship, because quality lives in the details. Timelessness, because good design shouldn’t depend on a trend to make sense. And precision, because anything worth doing deserves that level of care.

Near the Hole was founded by an eighteen-year-old golfer, out of genuine respect for the game and its heritage. Golf has a legacy worth protecting, and we have no interest in changing what makes it special. We would rather continue it, offering a fresh point of view while honouring the traditions that came before us. A new generation, with an appreciation for the old.

We are not a lifestyle brand that happens to sell golf clothing. Golf is what we do. We make our pieces for people who understand the game, value its traditions, and believe that what they wear should reflect the same attention to detail the game itself demands. Made by golfers, for golfers.

Quality doesn’t need to shout.
Near the Hole. Craftsmanship. Timelessness. Precision.
